FAQs

We hope you’ll use these FAQ’s to learn more about our resume services, our process and other details. Please contact us if you have further questions.

Do you provide a guarantee for your resume writing services?

Absolutely! We have a satisfaction guarantee; so if you are dissatisfied with the written copy of your resume or cover letter, we will rewrite it at no charge, up to 3 edits. We want you to be thrilled with the finished materials.

Is my information secure?

The only information we have on file includes your name, address, and employment history. Payments are processed through PayPal, one of the most secure payment systems on the Internet.

What’s your process for writing my resume?

When you opt to work with us, we have two fundamental processes:

First, purchase a resume package and we will email you a detailed questionnaire. Fill in the information and email the information to us, with a copy of an older version of your resume. Once the documents are received, Steven will contact you and let you know the time frame regarding completion of your new drafts.

OR Second, you may select a package and process the order; you will be sent an email with the detailed questionnaire and requested to schedule a time for a one on one interview for gathering the data. The interview typically takes between one to two hours and delves deeply into your career background and gathers detailed quantifiable numbers to support relative achievements.

What format will my resume be in?

Documents are provided as MS Word (.doc) files, so you can open, tweak, and manipulate the text. We can provide the file in different versions, such as PDF or ASCII/text only.

Are fees negotiable?

No they are not. We offer reasonable competitive prices. Take a look at our competitive pricing guide!

Do you accept payment plans for services?

Payment plans don’t work well with our turnaround time. Projects are typically completed within four to eight business days; and since we require payment up-front, you’ll need the full amount paid before the release of your draft.
