How our Process Works
Step 1: Provide career information
A. Download and complete one of our Enhanced Career Questionnaires
Fill in your in-depth job history and experience to the best of your ability and with as much detail as possible. Include numbers and details such as decreased budget by 15%, increased sales by 1.5 million, reduced customer service complaints by 25%, rewrote service manual and increased efficiency by 2%. We understand the process of filling out the questionnaire can be time consuming; however this tool is instrumental in drawing out those additional, often hidden accomplishments and strengths that an employer needs to see.
Please note when filling out the questionnaire, the wording is not important as Steven will take your information and reword and format the draft to create your new resume.
B. When you have completed your questionnaire, please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org for review, along with your current resume.
If time is of the essence, you may arrange for a one-on-one questionnaire interview, where Steven will work with you over the phone to gather your information. This is a paid service, and this option should be selected during the ordering process. You will be contacted to schedule a time for the call. The interview takes approximately 2 hours.
Step 2: Receive personal attention from our Certified Professional Resume Writer
Your Professional Resume Writer (Steven Stevenson) will review your information and contact you to assess your materials and plan the project according to your career needs. He will strategically develop your documents targeting your current goals.
Step 3: Place your order
Place your secure order with confidence using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. Once the order is processed and we have received your information, Steven will begin writing your new customized resume.
If you want to schedule an interview to fill out the questionnaire, make sure to select that option when placing your order.
Step 4: Receive a new resume (first draft) in just 1-3 business days
You will receive cutting-edge, keyword-rich personal marketing documents that get results. At that time you will review your document carefully and decide if you want to make any changes or amendments. We allow up to three edits.
Step 5: Work with the writer on revisions until you have a final draft you are completely happy with
We will work with you to make whatever changes are necessary to better target your marketing documents to the career path you have chosen. The typical project usually goes through two edits before finalizing the project.
Step 6: Receive Final Drafts!
Once the edits are completed, we will finalize your project and create the additional distribution drafts, based on which service package was purchased.
LinkedIn Profile Writing
We do offer a LinkedIn profile as a stand-alone service option. However, the LinkedIn profile is also included in the Professional / Executive Service Packages.

Note: Due to legality issues and proper business practices, we will not / do not update a client’s LinkedIn profile. That is the responsibility of the client.
